The open concept common areas including kitchen, living room, and dining area, are separated from the bedrooms via the foyer to allow for a quieter sleep. The property also includes a full bar and rec room with flexible theater style seating. The entertainment continues with a vintage game room filled with pinball games, bumper pool, darts, and more. Outdoor gathering areas in view of Lake Arrowhead include a deck, lower patio with BBQ, a gas firepit and soft seating, as well as a tower balcony. The property includes private dock on the lake accessible from stairs with a 24' pier. We also offer a water recreation package option. Through the Lake Arrowhead Association two pools, four beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sledding hill, are available as well.

Our Story
The Lodge was conceptualized, designed, and built by its owners, opening in 2024. The husband-and-wife team have a background in the design and construction industries. They designed this retreat with the goal of creating an experience that takes each person away from their everyday life. A space where you feel like you walked into a dif
The Lodge was conceptualized, designed, and built by its owners, opening in 2024. The husband-and-wife team have a background in the design and construction industries. They designed this retreat with the goal of creating an experience that takes each person away from their everyday life. A space where you feel like you walked into a different time or location. Where you can feel just a little bit of magic. The design of each room has been exceptionally curated and crafted. Numerous custom features, furniture, lighting, sculptures or hand-crafted elements make this lodge truly unique.
The house and property were designed around the concept of creative decarbonization. This begins with high efficiency systems including all LED lighting with a cloud-based lighting control system, high-efficiency mechanical systems, and increased insulation. However, the real magic is in the reimagining of materials. The design team worked with a variety of local sources to find existing products and materials that they were able to repurpose and bring into a new life for a true cradle to cradle design. These include antique architectural elements that were creatively reimagined, to old growth wood that was milled, sanded, and refinished with no or low VOC oil/stain to become interior walls, to incorporating naturally felled trees directly from the property into featured design elements.

The square spiral staircase was custom built for the lodge. The spandrels incorporate the metal rebar aesthetic found elsewhere in the lodge. The white oak stair treads come from a George Mann Niedecken historic interior that was being demolished. Niedecken is known for being Frank Lloyd Wright's interior designer.
