To give you flexibility, you have the option between paying a refundable deposit, less processing fee, or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text by "Know Your Guest" from Superhog after booking to complete the deposit or damage waiver forms. This needs to be completed within 48 hours to maintain your booking.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 100% refund for all nights, minus a 7% processing fee. Guests must cancel at least 7 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a 7% processing fee.
